Nate and Barb/Barbra Banner
Very grateful for the message Barbra Banner brought through from my beautiful son, Nate. She definitely captured his personality as well as his mannerisms. She knew that it was hard for him to be here so he's at peace now and I believe that's certainly true. He was complicated. His reassurance to me that I was the "perfect mom" she delivered in just the tone he would have used for me as well. I definitely felt it was him. She talked about how he could come to me with anything and that he'd put his head on my shoulder, even when he was older. Yes, and we both cherished our deep conversations. Thank you for this opportunity for me to connect with my boy.
When I asked about how to honor his legacy and to serve, he spoke of wanting to help other people and she said like a soup kitchen or something giving things to people. And whatever I’m doing, he’s right there with me. I’ve been putting together CompassioNate Care Bags full of necessities and niceties to hand out to those in need since last August (we’ve done 3 rounds of them for over 300 bags)! We definitely feel Nate with us on this project and a couple of people have felt that he’s guided them to exactly the right people to give them to.
Feels like a hit to me.
