Two things brought us to Helping Parents Heal:
1) We needed to find our son, know he is ok, and connect with him
2) Pain. I couldn’t go on in this kind of physical and emotional agony . The pain of what I call our “dirty grief”.
As a result, I began going to meetings, reading posts, and hours of researching on the HPH website, sharing with my husband to help him on this journey. We were so fortunate to receive a highly evidential reading from beautiful Lisa Wilcoxson.  I have received messages from Ian at the medium demonstration meetings and have found beauty and peace in the healing sound sessions with Andrea Courey.  All have given us hope and knowing. But when it comes down to the thought loops, reliving that horrific day, and the dark hole I felt in my heart I give much credit to Judith Hancox and her Shiome Healing Sessions.
Judith is an expert in traumatic stress with an alphabet of degrees behind her name. She has developed this combination of science and shamanic healing  melded with group healing energy.
Shiome helps transform negative energy into positive in an hour and a half session. I went into my first session rating my pain at a ten on a one to ten scale and came out of it with a one. And that feeling didn’t go away— in fact after two more sessions it seems to be cumulative and lasting.
The session isn’t as long as it sounds as it feels so good and the time flies. It is easy to follow, doesn’t require yogi level meditation skills, and as most things offered by HPH are offered for free. All you have to do is contact Judith in advance to get some simple instructions—- her next session is October 10th so sign up a few days in advance.
We thank all here at HPH for the love and support we have found here.
