On November 26th, during a Gallery Reading with Mitch Ott, it was my turn to get a reading and boy, was I surprised.

My ex came through and he apologized for all the stuff he put me through. He said that he loved me and thanked me for bringing up my kids when he wasn’t there to help. He was sorry he didn’t take better care of himself.

Mitchell also brought my son through and he said I should not blame myself for his transition. He loved me and thanked me also for all I did for him.

He said he was happy and both he and his dad are doing well. Mitchell said my son wished me a Happy Birthday, which was 11/22.

Mitchell also mentioned my Grandmother, Jenny, who I was named after. This was also a surprise.

I was resigned to the fact that I would never be chosen for a gallery reading but yesterday I was proven wrong. What a great feeling to connect with my dear son! I’m so happy I chose to be at this meeting last night!
