I attended a Zoom with Kat Baillie because I know she teaches how to connect with our children in Spirit. I did not realize that it was a gallery reading, but I quickly discovered that it was. I was happy hearing Kat validate others' experiences. Then she said my name and the names of another couple and described a vivacious girl who fit one of my daughters. The couple immediately took it and I smiled at the many, many similarities in their validations and mine (the rubber bracelets, a necklace, funds recently raised for awards and funds in my daughters names).
Then Kat turned her attention to me again and the vibration switched to one of sadness. I said it must be because I'm dreading putting up holiday decorations. Kat validated via my daugher, that the boxes have been out (for almost a week actually) but not yet unpacked. She said my daughter especially wants me to put up the lights, which interestingly earlier in the day I'd said is the one thing I'm looking forward to.
She described my daughter's new room and a shelf that Liza and I had bought together, which I brought back from her room at college and carefully selected and displayed items significant to her.
Then came the reason for my being on the Zoom: she said that Liza wanted Kat as a teacher to tell me to trust that I'm hearing her while I'm meditating and to write down my thoughts. Wow, okay!
Then Kat brought in Liza's sister who crossed over 16 years earlier at age 9. It was lovely to hear that Edie is creative and sings nowadays (just like Liza!), and that she had lived the best life possible in spite of her many medical struggles. Thank you Kat and thank you HPH for this holiday surprise. I'll get after those decorations now!
~With love, Laura McKeithen
