On February 7th, when Beth Lynch said she was with a girl who loved pink and was talking about the Barbie Movie I knew it was my beautiful daughter, Hailey. We had talked about seeing the Barbie Movie together before a few days before she transitioned but didn't get the chance. Hailey's favorite color is of course pink, and sharing these two things reminded me immediately of a photo of her last year that I look at every day.
Hailey jumped in right at the end of the call because she knew I really needed to hear from her. She mentioned my Father by name and said he was living but called him out to clarify it was her. She also shared that she was with my maternal Grandmother in spirit. She made sure to let everyone know we were very best friends and sent me her love.
