Jack / Mitch Ott / Wedding Pin in Honor of Jack/ Jack & his Grandfather, Bill, circa 2000
Right out of the gate, Mitch Ott mentioned the name Jack and the number 25. Our son Jack was 25 when he passed.
He was very active in sports and played basketball (Mitch mentioned basketball). It was the last sport Jack played, literally a month or two before he passed.
Mitch immediately mentioned a father figure and needing to say sorry. This is so significant as I, his mother, have been in more gallery readings, private readings and have had the gift of having Jack come through numerous times for me in the short 7 months since his passing. Troy (his Dad) however, was really needing to hear from Jack. He said, “dad, you needed to know how much I loved you!”
Jack passed in a tragic motor bike accident after partying at the Full Moon Party in Thailand. Mitch mentioned he was seeing an impact and talked about it being an accident and “a bit of partying involved” and that Jack was so sorry.
Mitch said a father figure named Bill was standing with him. My father has passed and his name is Bill. He loved Jack so much and actually dictated a letter to Jack on his death bed 22 years ago saying he would always be with him. Mitch said that they are together and Bill is taking good care of Jack.
Mitch asked if Jack had a brother. His “brother” is his new brother- in -law and his name is Colin (Mitch mentioned a “C” name). We actually don’t catch that comment live, but heard the “c name” comment after the fact!! Wow!
He said Jack was celebrating with us and we were just at my daughter’s wedding in late September.
Mitch mentioned Troy’s dance moves and he was dancing with everyone at the wedding. Jack might have been laughing at Dad’s dance moves!
Mitch said Troy (Dad) was talking to Jack all day today, and he actually was. He had a very tough day and brought up Jack a few times to people he was speaking to. He talked to Jack out loud, multiple times while struggling through the workday.
Mitch mentioned Jack was showing something that was made for four people. Our daughter Natalya gave gifts to four people: She gave our other daughter and me necklaces with Jack’s birthstone, and she gave Troy and her new husband each a pin in honor of Jack.
Mitch mentioned that Jack was saying he looked at his family as his best friend…
While specifically mentioning Troy. Troy has always said, and often still says that “he was my best friend.”
Mitch’s reading was so validating for us and brought us, yet again, a little bit of peace. This is still so raw and new… but every validation reading has opened our eyes up to knowing he is still here. I am just so thankful he is trying so hard to connect and does it just when we are doubting and needing it most. Thank you to Mitch and HPH for putting on these gallery readings. It is life affirming and life changing.
With love, Nicole Niehaus, Jack’s Mom
