Our HPH Vancouver Group met at my house on September 8th, and a somatic breathwork facilitator that lives in my community led us through a wonderful hour-long breathwork experience. Eight of us enjoyed the benefits, and some of us had clear connections and messages from our children. I am enclosing a couple of pictures. One is a picture of Amanda, our facilitator, sitting in front of the altar where we placed pictures and mementos from our children. The second is a picture of us beginning the clean up after the workshop.
